Yes. The journeys on our website are starting points rather than rigid programmes. A route can be adapted around your interests, available time, arrival city and the rhythm you want from the journey. Some experiences may also depend on season, availability and local conditions.
Yes. If none of the journeys on the website quite reflects what you have in mind, begin with an enquiry and tell us what you are looking for. We can design the route from the beginning rather than trying to fit you into an existing itinerary.
There is no single ideal length. A focused journey can work beautifully in around a week, while ten days to two weeks allows Morocco's cities, mountains, coast and desert to be experienced with considerably more breathing room. We would rather design a smaller journey well than fill every day simply because another destination can technically be reached.
Depending on the journey, KaMabia can coordinate accommodation, private ground transportation, local guides and selected experiences across Morocco. The exact inclusions will be clearly presented in your individual journey proposal before anything is confirmed.
No. KaMabia focuses on your experience within Morocco and does not include international flights. Your journey can, however, be designed around your confirmed arrival and departure points.
We favour places with character, a strong sense of place and standards appropriate to the journey, from intimate riads and boutique properties to kasbahs and desert stays. We do not believe that luxury is defined simply by the number of stars beside a hotel's name. Location, atmosphere, service and how a property fits into the wider journey matter just as much.
Where road transportation forms part of your journey, private transport can be arranged as part of the itinerary. The vehicle and transport arrangements will depend on the route, group size and requirements of the travellers.
Not necessarily. Different places benefit from different knowledge. Where guiding is appropriate, KaMabia can work with people who know their particular city, landscape, craft or region deeply rather than treating Morocco as though one person must explain the entire country.
Dietary requirements and allergies should be shared with us during the planning process. We will communicate relevant requirements to the properties and experiences involved in your journey wherever possible. Travellers with serious allergies or medical dietary requirements should discuss them with us in detail before confirming their journey.
Yes. Honeymoons, anniversaries and other meaningful journeys can be designed privately. Our approach is not to fill an itinerary with staged romantic gestures, but to create the right combination of privacy, pace, setting and time together.
Once your itinerary and arrangements have been agreed, KaMabia will provide the booking information and terms applicable to your journey. A booking will not be considered confirmed merely because an enquiry has been submitted.
For journeys confirmed more than 30 days before arrival, a 50% deposit secures the services required for your journey, including arrangements such as accommodation and transportation, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. For journeys confirmed within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due at confirmation.
Payments are made directly to KaMabia through the official payment arrangements provided during the booking process, using KaMabia's Moroccan business and banking arrangements. Accepted payment methods and currencies will be confirmed as part of your booking terms.
KaMabia's final cancellation and refund terms are still being established. They will be presented clearly before a traveller is asked to confirm or pay for a journey. We will not ask you to commit to a booking without first making the applicable terms available to you.
We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance for international travel. The policy should be suitable for your circumstances, destination and planned activities. Any specific insurance requirements forming part of KaMabia's eventual booking terms will be communicated before booking.
Entry requirements depend on your nationality, passport and individual circumstances and can change. Travellers are responsible for ensuring they meet Morocco's current entry requirements. We recommend checking the official requirements applicable to your passport before travelling.
That depends on the Morocco you want to experience. Conditions vary significantly between the Atlantic coast, imperial cities, High Atlas and Sahara. Spring and autumn suit many journeys, but winter can be beautiful in the south and desert, while the coast can work particularly well during warmer months. Yes. Morocco continues to welcome travellers during Ramadan, but the rhythm of daily life changes. Some opening hours and services may differ, while evenings can become particularly lively after the day's fast ends. For some travellers, experiencing Morocco during Ramadan adds another dimension to the journey. We will take the timing into account when designing your itinerary.
It can be exceptionally rewarding for families when the journey is paced properly. Distances, accommodation, activities and the age of the children all matter. Tell us who is travelling and we can design accordingly rather than simply adapting an adult itinerary after the fact.
That depends heavily on season and route. Morocco can involve warm afternoons and surprisingly cool evenings within the same journey, particularly in the mountains and desert. Once your route and travel dates are established, practical packing guidance can be tailored to your itinerary.

Yes. KaMabia works with travellers coming to Morocco from around the world. The journey itself begins in Morocco, but the planning process can take place wherever you are.
The Private Office is a more discreet enquiry route for journeys requiring additional privacy, coordination or sensitivity. It is intended for travellers such as public figures, principals, representatives and families whose requirements may need to be discussed differently from a standard leisure enquiry. You do not need to use the Private Office simply because you are arranging a private or high-end holiday. For most travellers, Begin Your Journey is the appropriate starting point.
